These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mofamilia Limited (“Mofamilia”) website (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Mofamilia. By accessing the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase products from Mofamilia.

Products and Orders

Mofamilia supplies specially sourced products to smaller independent high street stores. Products may be subject to availability and may vary from time to time. All orders are subject to acceptance by Mofamilia. Mofamilia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Site are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment for orders must be made in advance by credit or debit card.

Shipping and Delivery

Mofamilia will ship orders to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery times are estimates only and Mofamilia is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the delivery carrier. The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other fees related to the shipment of products.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Mofamilia or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without the prior written consent of Mofamilia.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mofamilia will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or your purchase of products from Mofamilia, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
